The following is an excerpt from an email I got from an old high school friend of mine, Krista. We hadn’t talked in several ice ages and she stumbled upon the blog recently. In Episode One of The Simon & Cole Show we talked about how sleeping with someone the first night isn’t necessarily what makes them not want to date you.

Oh and I watched your first video from S&C and loved how you commented on how sleeping with a guy on the first date doesn’t make them not want to date you. I was actually talking about this with a friend the other night and she is of the opinion that you really have to make a guy work for it/wait for sex if you ever plan on dating him. BUT from my experience,that is definitely not true. What is your experience with sleeping with someone on the first night?

I’d just like to share a story with you from when I was in holiday in Australia back in September….

A bit of background; I went over to visit some friends and generally chill out before heading back to school to start a new post grad course and although I was only there for a few weeks I kind of got involved with a girl called Lucy that I met through a friend. We hung out a lot and when I wanted to stay a few days longer and my flight couldn’t be moved she actually paid for a new one for me with her airmiles! During the extra days earned from her airmiles, one of the most spectacular nights of my life happened! What happened to Jack?
